We’d like to tell the richness or a cooking that has the typical fragrances and colours of a generous land; a cooking which has it roots in the best tuscan tradition and which enriches its nuances with the search of new and more intense sensations. We’d like to say with suitable words the taste or our “arrosti” (roast) and or our soft and refined “filetto al pan grattato e pesto” (filet with bread-crumbs and pesto)…
